Our IT Service Centre is staffed by a team of agents supporting Selkirk College across all campuses.
2025 - 2026 Semester Hours
Support Hours (September - April)
Virtual Helpdesk Sessions are 8:00-9:00 AM & 2:00-3:00 Monday-Friday
In-Person Support:
Castlegar Campus (Bonnington Wing B11) - Helpdesk Window open 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Monday - Friday
Tenth Street Campus - Each Tuesday of the month from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Silver King Campus (C219) - Each Thursday of the month from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Trail Campus: Each Friday of the month from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (utilize support via the Kiosk located in the student lounge area)

Dial extension 55255 (internal) or 1-844-304-6500 (external) - if you leave a voicemail, it creates an IT ticket automatically.
