Microsoft is currently experiencing a global issue that affects single-sign-on services.

You may not be able to log in to Unit 4, VPN, Citrix, or other services.


Completed IT Services is upgrading network infrastructure from Noon till 1:00 PM on Monday, Oct 27, 2025, VPN Login will be affected during this time.

VPN service will be offline for 30 minutes while we apply an urgent update. VPN Anyconnect client will also be updated on reconnection. this upgrade will start at 10:30am PST.

CompletedMar 6, 2025 to Mar 31, 2025 IT Services will be completing upgrades to networking infrastructure in Castlegar Upper-/Lower O-Wing and the Pit including:

Hallway Work (Starting March 6-7): We will add two additional paths from upper to lower O-Wing floors. This will necessitate drilling during these two days. The hallway connecting between east and west will still be accessible and we will attempt to minimize any disruptions.

Hallway Work (Starting March 8-31): We will begin by pre-installing network cabling in the hallways, with effects to minimize disruptions in these areas. Installations will occur starting in the East, ending in the West. 

Office Work (Starting March 17-31): To install new data drops, some office furniture, including desks, may need to be temporarily moved. Minor disruptions within offices in the affected areas are expected.

Bookstore, Welcome Center and Gathering place upgrades will be scheduled starting May 19th to 31st for upgrades.
