Creating a Fillable PDF Signature

Step-by-step instructions to create digital signatures for use in fillable PDF documents.

  1. Go to "Tools" on you PDF document:

     


  2. Go to "Fill & Sign":





  3. Click on "Sign":





  4. Select either "Add Signature" or "Add Initials":





  5. Choose to "Type", "Draw" or "Image" (you will be prompted to upload an image):





  6. Click "Apply" to save.  In the future, your saved signature will be provided to "drag and drop" within the document
