Once the form has been submitted, it will flow through to the Dean for approval. The Dean may accept or reject the form. If the form is rejected, it will flow back to the Chair to make a modification or to end the form/workflow. If the Dean accepts the form, it will flow through to HR for approval and entry into the employee's record. It will then flow through to Payroll for payment.
