What should I do when I am finished with my Citrix session?

When you are done with your Citrix session it is very important that you log out of the virtual machine or restart it so that it is available for the next person that uses it.
Two ways to log out / restart
Option 1, (my preferred method)
Right click on the Start menu
Left click on "Shut down or sign out"
Left click on either Restart or Sign out.
Option 2.
Left click on start menu
Left click on "power"
Left click on "restart"
Do NOT click on Disconnect, this will lock the VM until it times out or an IT tech manually resets it. The system will not be available for others to use in this state.. Two reasons why I prefer option 1, option doesn't have Disconnect, and Option 2 doesn't have log out.
Please never use Disconnect from the start menu, or the drop down at the top of the screen!
