Proceed with the following steps to setup Mitel Connect


  • Select show advanced


  • Select Use Windows Credentials - this will auto-populate Username, Password, and Domain fields

  • In the server field, input the IP address specific to your campus location
  1. Castlegar = 10.0.20.10
  2. SilverKing = 10.1.20.10 - Removed - Replace with 10.2.20.10
  3. KSA = 10.1.20.10
  4. 10th Street = 10.2.20.10
  5. All other locations use 10.0.20.10

  • Select remember me then select Login


To access reception and shared workstations, use the provided generic username and passwords, and input the server details for the relevant site. Avoid selecting Windows credentials.
