Posting Requisition, Recruit, and Contract Form Workflow
This flowchart demonstrates how a Posting Requisition Form flows through Unit4 ERP for approvals. Once the posting is fully approved, the information is integrated with Unit4 Recruit module. The Hiring Manager will complete their normal recruitment process in Unit4 Recruit module. Once a successful candidate is identified, the details for that hire will flow back into Unit4 ERP and kick off the Employment Contract Form. The Hiring Manager will return to Unit4 ERP to complete the Contract Form and the form will continue along the workflow path for final approvals and signatures. The Contract Letter is created in the final step, and the information is passed along to HR and the Payroll department.
