Follow these steps to setup Mitel Connect


1  Select show advanced

2 Select Use Windows Credentials - This will auto-populate Username, Password, and Domain fields

3 In the server field enter the IP address applicable to your campus location.

Castlegar = 10.0.20.10

SilverKing = 10.1.20.10

KSA = 10.1.20.10

10th Street = 10.2.20.10

All other locations use 10.0.20.10


4 Select remember me then select Login

For reception and shared workstations you will need to enter the generic username and password you have been provided, and enter the server for the applicable site. Do not select windows credentials.
