Our IT Service Centre is staffed by a team of agents supporting Selkirk College across all campuses.

Virtual Helpdesk Sessions are 8:00 - 9:00 AM & 2:00 - 3:00 Monday-Friday
In-Person Support:
Castlegar Campus (Bonnington Wing B11) - Helpdesk Window
Open: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Monday - Friday
Tenth Street Campus - Each Tuesday of the month from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Silver King Campus (C219) - Each Thursday of the month from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Trail Campus: Each Friday of the month from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (utlize support via the Kiosk located in the student lounge area)

Check out our IT Kiosk located in various areas on your campus. Use the Kiosk to zoom with an IT agent for assistance or submit an IT ticket.
