Our IT Service Centre is staffed by a team of agents supporting Selkirk College across all campuses.

Fall Hours

Virtual Helpdesk Sessions are 8:00 - 9:00 AM & 2:00 - 3:00 Monday-Friday

In-Person Support:

Castlegar Campus (Bonnington Wing B11) - Helpdesk Window

  • Open: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Monday - Friday

Tenth Street Campus - Each Tuesday of the month from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Silver King Campus (C219) - Each Thursday of the month from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Trail Campus: Each Friday of the month from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (utlize support via the Kiosk located in the student lounge area)

  • Dial extension 55255 (internal) or 1-844-304-6500 (external) - if you leave a voicemail, it creates an IT ticket automatically.

  • Join our virtual help desk through Zoom: Join our Cloud HD Video Meeting

  • Check out our IT Kiosk located in various areas on your campus.  Use the Kiosk to zoom with an IT agent for assistance or submit an IT ticket.
