General

  1. How do I see all of my direct reports’ employees?

    • to find a complete list of your work orders, visit Reports for Supervisors (Unit4) to view the "My Employees" Report.

    • If you are a Dean or Director, you can open your "Area Manager Reports" and view the Employments by Dean/Director (Area Manager)

Position-Related Questions

  1. I want to change the employee's position status from temporary to permanent, where do I go? 

    • This is a change to the position type and must start with a request to change the position. Begin with the Position Request and Change Form. Once the change has been completed, you can submit a contract form for the change to the individual's contract (Employment Contract Form). 

  2. I want to extend or end the employee's contract, where do I go?

    • Extend: If the employee's contract was created in Unit4ERP, you can go to My Contracts (Manager) report and find the contract. Follow directions HERE to copy and extend the contract. 

    • End

  3. How to find a current employee’s Position Number (POSNO)?

  4. My “Position Requisition & Change Form” has been approved, now what?

    1. Submit an ‘Employment Contract Form’

  5. How do I Regularize a position?
