Install the Citrix Workspace Application
On Windows

2 | Click Save |

3 | Double-click the downloaded install files and click Run |

4 | Click Start |

5 | Check the I accept the license agreement check box, then click Next |

6 | Click Next |

7 | Click Install | |
8 | Click Finish | |
On a Mac

2 | Click downloads and then double click CitrixWorkspaceapp.dmg to begin the install | |
3 | Double click Install Citrix Workspace | |
4 | Click Continue | |
5 | Click Continue | |
6 | Click Agree to license agreement | |
7 | Click Install | |
8 | Click Continue | |
9 | Click Close | |
10 | If you receive this message during the install, click Open Security Preferences | |
11 | Click Allow | |
Launch Application

1 | Open the Citrix Workspace application |

2 | If this window appears, DO NOT ENTER YOUR EMAIL, check the box "Do not show this window automatically at logon" then click Close. | |
3 | If the Enable Single Sign-on dialog opens, DO NOT check the box. Select Cancel. | |
